How do I know this webcam training will work?
To offer you piece of mind you can arrange a booking to talk
to us for 5 minutes free of charge to determine if this is
the best idea for you and your dog. After talking we may decide
the problem is best left for personal visits so we will refer
you accordingly where possible. This 5 minute talk also allows
you to decide if you want to go ahead. This is no obligation
and free of charge.

How do I pay?
Payment is via credit card via PayPal. Or if you are based
in New Zealand we accept bank transfer.

What experience do you offer?
I studied for 4 years into canine behaviour and have over
5 years experience after this. Being an Associate member of
IAABC means that I am committed to learning everything I can
to make your dog easier to handle. I am also currently on
the path to full certification which would make me the only
fully qualified and recognized behaviourist in New Zealand
and one of two in the Southern Hemisphere.
What training styles do you offer?
I use only positive reinforcement. Many people think that
this is just bribing but it is just to start training your
dog with the idea to get the dog listening to you and not
being forced into certain positions. This is also important
when dealing with aggressive dogs and dogs with separation
anxiety. Remember all our techniques are based on research
and experience.
